Spacious, clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. Good bed, good aircon, good facilities, good wifi. Reasonably good location with a couple of local breakfast options within a 10 minute walk. Be aware that the place is run more like an airbnb than a traditional style hotel, so staff is on the premises only a few hrs per day, and pretty much all communication happens online. But this worked fine, with the staff getting back to us quickly, in good English. Our requests online were answered quickly and competently.

Great location for An Ping. On the river and close to many restaurants and activities. The rooms were very large and spacious. The loft beds made the space large. They allowed us to check in early to our rooms, which was very nice! She also helped us order taxis for our early train departure.

Great value for the money! Attention to detail was phenomenal and many considerations were taken for the comfort of their guests. Hotel was close to convenience store and supermarket as well. Would stay here again!
